
Ventra Apple Campaign
In 2020, the CTA, Metra and Pace launched the new Ventra app to meet the evolving needs of riders, laying the groundwork for Chicago to become one of the first cities in the nation to offer public transit riders the connivence of a mobile transit card on iPhone and Apple Watch. This campaign focused on alerting riders to the app’s capabilities as well as the new Apple integration and how to use it. Pieces included web and social awareness, OOH pieces and how-to videos.
